These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “Patient”) and ProDoctor LTD  (“Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of the services or products provided by Dr Reem Clinic, you agree to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services or products. If you have any objection to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this Website.

2. Booking and Payments

• Bookings can be made via website, email, phone
• A deposit, known as a booking fee, is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable but is redeemable against any treatment you have at the clinic
• The balance must be paid at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before the service is provided.
• The Clinic reserves the right to modify prices and fees without prior notice but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our clinic as soon as possible to make arrangements.  Appointments cancelled less than 48hrs prior or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the deposit fee.

4. Changes to Appointments

We endeavour to avoid any changes to confirmed bookings. However, in exceptional cases, we may need to make changes. We will inform you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled time.

5. Consent to Treatments

• Before any treatment, you must complete a consultation with a medical professional and are required to complete a  medical history form and provide accurate information about your health.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or changes to your health that may affect your treatment.
• By consenting to a treatment, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that we will not be held liable for the outcomes.
• We commit to supporting and addressing any concerns arising from the service provided.
• The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients who are not suitable candidates for a particular procedure based on their medical history or other factors.

6. Aftercare and follow up

Clients are responsible for following post-treatment instructions provided by the Clinic for proper aftercare and to achieve the best results. Routine review appointments may be offered after treatment as a courtesy. A single anti-wrinkle injection top up will be offered after 2-3 weeks from initial treatment at no cost. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of this benefit and no further complimentary top up will be offered.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and professionalism; however, individual results may vary.
• The clinic is not liable for any adverse effects caused by failure to disclose medical information or follow aftercare instructions.
• While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that treatments will provide a specific outcome.
